RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

We want you to be completely happy with your order. If you’re not, we’ll make it right.

Returns

  • You may return products within 7 days of delivery if you’re not satisfied — no questions asked.

  • To start a return, email us at contact@re-vet.com with your order number.

  • Once approved, we’ll send you return instructions.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and process your refund.

  • Refunds go back to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–7 business days after we receive your return for the refund to appear on your statement.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can fix it right away.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been heavily used or are not in their original packaging.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, let us know as soon as possible. Orders that have not shipped can be canceled and fully refunded. Once shipped, the return process applies.
